La Feria Para Aprender is a community fair event open to all community members, however, it specifically encourages and welcomes parents to connect with resources that support student success for early childhood through college and career pathways. The event was held on Saturday, February 21st 10-3pm at the Highland Mall. This event is in its 9th year and continues to be the largest Spanish language education event in Central Texas. Over 120 organizations were present including our ACE 21st Century program. Austin ISD represented the most sections at this event in an effort to engage families within our district. Families and children received a slew of resources and information on how to best support and encourage their child’s academic and health awareness.
